Whether you are an elite athlete, a weekend club racer or simply interested in maximizing performance you can expect to be treated the same way at coachyourself1.com. We treat all of our clients the same, as athletes. Because all of us share more similarities than differences, regardless of athletic aspirations, ability or experience. While our programs are tailored for the individual, they are all based on the same principles and philosophy.

The key to coachyourself1.com’s approach is our focus on coaching methodologies that individually target entire energy systems. We also encourage you the client to be the one who directs this process, hence our name. Our focus is on developing your body's ability to absorb, deliver and transport oxygen. We refer to this as the development of the aerobic engine, which for any endurance athlete is the single, most important energy system to develop. This approach adheres to the knowledge that success in all endurance activities requires a well-developed aerobic system. This approach has proven its merit on racecourses and podiums throughout the world.

But physical training alone can provide only a portion of what is needed to reach peak fitness. A focused training and coaching strategy that combines fitness, technique, and mental preparation will produce the performances for which we all strive. These principles not only apply to world-class athletes but anyone who truly desires improvement. While my focus is on coaching and guiding athletes through custom tailored training programs I seek to be an educator as well.

Confidence and commitment provide the remainder of what it will take to make you truly ready for top performance. Remember I not only coach, I seek to educate athletes in the understanding of training principles as well.

I design and deliver training programs that provide the necessary knowledge to increase human performance. I focus on physical, behavioral and strategic coaching aids in the reaching of your full potential.
